国际经济博弈的本质是人类总体实践结构中相对独立、不同层级子系统间的矛盾互动。国际经济博弈主动权的争取是行为主体在国际经济博弈中对有利态势的争取、保持和发展。国际经济博弈涉及主体、环境、要素和结构。争取国际经济博弈主动权需要形成先进生产方式或相对优势,促成有利的博弈机制。运用马克思主义理论揭示国际经济博弈本质规律并制定符合国情的战略,在生产力、生产关系、政治制度和文化认同四个维度不断形成相对优势,为领导先进的世界性历史实践集团创造条件是中国争取国际经济博弈主动权的关键。
