在两种不同的铸模中铸造成形一种新型铝青铜合金,在奥林巴斯金相显微镜下观察其组织并采用40MVDTM型维氏硬度计测定合金硬度,采用D8ADVANCE型X射线衍射仪测定试样的相组成,采用JSM6390LV型扫描电镜及其配备的能谱仪进行形貌观察及微区成分分析,随后采用自制MPX-2000型盘销式摩擦磨损试验机考察了该铸造铝青铜的摩擦磨损性能,并简单探讨了其摩擦磨损机理。实验结果表明,采用金属型铸造成形的合金组织及综合力学性能较好;在相同滑动速度下,实验载荷对铸造铝青铜合金的干摩擦系数和磨损率的影响十分明显。
A new aluminum bronze alloy was cast in two different molds. The microstructure of the alloy was observed under an Olympus microscope and the hardness of the alloy was measured by a 40MVDTM Vickers hardness tester. The D8ADVANCE X-ray diffractometer The morphology and microstructure of the cast aluminum bronze were studied by JSM6390LV scanning electron microscope and spectrometer. The friction and wear properties of the cast aluminum bronze , And simply discussed its friction and wear mechanism. The experimental results show that the alloy formed by metal casting has good mechanical properties and mechanical properties. Under the same sliding speed, the influence of experimental load on the dry friction coefficient and wear rate of cast aluminum bronze alloy is obvious.
