随着酒店的数量不断增多,酒店之间的竞争日益激烈,有效的员工培训可提高酒店的竞争力。淮安地区酒店非常重视员工培训工作,已具有培训需求分析的意识,并且其培训内容安排与培训方法使用都较为丰富,但也存在培训频率过高、需求分析不到位、形式较单一、激励工作不完善等问题,可以从培训师资队伍、统筹培训活动等方面完善员工的培训工作。
