在这个变革的时代,老师也面临着这样那样的苦恼、尴尬、机遇和荣光,有人抱怨,有人羨慕,有人叹息。教师节来临之际,我来说说我所理解的老师。师之责在悟人子弟老师是干什么的?很多人会说,是传授知识的。说的没错,但不仅仅如此。古有授人鱼与授人渔的说法,因此我觉得,老师的工作重点应该在悟,要启悟学生学会学习,激发他们的学习兴趣,让他们掌握学习方法。
