《小学数学新课程标准》指出:“学生是学习活动的主人,教师是学习活动的组织者、引导者和合作者。”为此,围绕学校“学生先学指导:小学课堂优效化教学的深化研究”这一课题,我对课堂教学策略进行了研究,旨在提高学生自主学习的能力,优化课堂教学效果。以学为先的教学策略,就是在教学之前指导学生自主先行学习。指导先学不是让学生漫无目的地学,而是在教师有目的地组织下,引领学生通过自己的努力解决最近发展区的问题,凭借先学的基础快速进入
