所测 9个淡水轮虫池和 6个混盐水轮虫池的浮游植物生物量 ,在轮虫发生高峰前期平均分别为 1 1 7 8mg/L和 1 56 5mg/L ;在轮虫高峰期平均为 39 0mg/L和 82 3mg/L ,即高峰期浮游植物生物量只为前期的 1 /3~ 1 /2。在种类组成上 ,前期均以小球藻、蓝隐藻、小环藻等小型种类为主 ,高峰期则以衣藻、扁藻等鞭毛藻类及角毛藻、螺旋藻、颤藻等丝状群体占优势。淡水池和混盐水池浮游动物生物量平均分别为 66 0mg/L和 1 1 5 7mg/L ,其中以轮虫为主 ,分别占总量的 82 9%和 84 3%,主要有萼花臂尾轮虫、壶状臂尾轮虫和褶皱臂尾轮虫等。浮游植物多样性指数 ,前期淡水池和混盐水池分别为 1 2 7和1 52 ,高峰期为 2 67和 3 0 4 ;浮游动物多样性指数分别为 1 66和 0 84。同时还讨论了轮虫池浮游生物种量的特点及浮游植物、轮虫的供饵能力
