目的确定衡阳市某运输机械制造厂作业场所噪声危害程度,以及相关的设备布局和噪声防护措施是否符合要求。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查和检测检验,运用定量分级法对噪声危害程度进行分级。结果本次共对12个岗位作业点的噪声强度进行了(36次)测量,其中10个岗位作业点的噪声强度符合作业场所噪声职业接触限值的要求,合格率为83.3%。不合格的岗位中砂轮打磨岗位为噪声Ⅰ级(轻度)作业,钻工岗位为噪声Ⅱ级(中度)作业。结论该用人单位噪声危害较重,砂轮打磨及钻工岗位接触噪声强度超过国家职业接触限值标准,应加强相应岗位作业人员防噪声措施。
Objective To determine the degree of noise hazard in the workplace of a transport machinery factory in Hengyang and whether the related equipment layout and noise protection measures meet the requirements. Methods By occupational health survey and testing on site, quantitative classification was used to classify the degree of noise hazard. Results A total of 36 measurements were made on the noise intensity of the 12 job sites. The noise intensity of the 10 job sites met the noise occupational exposure limits of the job site with a passing rate of 83.3%. In the unqualified positions, the grindstone grinding position is a noise grade I (mild) job, and the drilling job is a noise grade II (moderate) job. Conclusion The noise of the employing unit is more serious, the grinding noise and contact noise of drilling workers exceed the national occupational exposure limit standard, and the anti-noise measures of the corresponding post workers should be strengthened.
