作者介绍了该院护理部加速培养护理科研人才的经验。提出:从更新观念,强化科研意识入手;广泛开展学术交流,及时掌握信息;以临床为科研教育基地,积极开展在职系列教育;根据目标定向培养;建立护理实验室、资料室,创造良好的科研环境;从管理体制上保证人、财、物落实,使护理人员结构趋于合理,并取得了一批科研成果,提高了护理质量和专业水平,培养了一支素质较好的护理队伍。
The author introduced the experience of the Nursing Department of the hospital in accelerating the cultivation of nursing scientific research personnel.
