双紫黄口服液主要由金银花、连翘、芍药、黄芩等十多味中药组成。具有疏散风热、泻火解毒之功效,临床疗效确切。为有效控制本品质量,采用薄层色谱法对以上四种主要成分进行薄层鉴别,用醋酸乙酯提取物进行半定量,制订了本品质量标准,方法简便、可靠。 1 仪器与材料 紫外分析仪(ZF-1型);薄层预制板;绿原酸、连翘甙、芍药甙、黄芩甙对照品(中国药品生物制品检定所提供);双紫黄口服液(医院制剂);乙醇、氯仿等试剂均为分析纯。
Shuanghuanghuang oral liquid mainly consists of honeysuckle, forsythia, peony, astragalus and other more than ten Chinese herbal medicines. With evacuation of wind and heat, Xiehuo detoxification effect, the exact clinical efficacy. In order to effectively control the quality of the product, thin layer chromatography was used to identify the above four main components and semi-quantitatively using ethyl acetate extract. The quality standard of the product was formulated.
