跳停运球过人,是五六七十年代运球过人颇具威力的重武器,到80年代末期就很少见到了。然而近几年来我国的一些球员以及美国职业篮球优秀选手又拿起了这一过人的重武器,效果甚佳。现将我多年教学的粗浅体会,介绍给篮球爱好者。 技术动作,以跳停位置可分两种: 1.对位跳停: 在接球前起跳,空中将球接稳之后立即利用肩、肘、眼睛和球做虚晃动作,要面对面逼近防守者落地,千万不能跳得过高。跳的距离,是根据起跳位置与防守的位置而定,可远可近,两脚平行同时着地约比肩宽,在跳之前和跳起中要观察好防守人是右脚在前还是左脚在前。持球人应从防守者前脚那一边过,过人时步子
