通过大量研究工作,进一步明确了各种石棉的致病作用和不同生产场所对工人健康的影响;且确立了石棉接触量与生物学反应之间的剂量——效应关系。目前尚须研究的是长期低浓度接触石棉的工人,沿用现行卫生标准预防效果的评价。本文调研了在Quebee地区温石棉矿,接尘10~27年,估计的累计接触量7~300f/c.c.年一组矿工的胸部X线改变。 342名接尘工人的X线胸片,由有经验的放射学家和肺科共五位医师,按ILOu/c1980国际X线尘肺分类法进行读片,每个读片者各有一套标准片分别对照,胸片随意排列,读片者事先也不知道胸片对象的石棉接触史。
Through a large number of research work, the pathogenic effects of various asbestos and the impact of different production sites on workers’ health have been further clarified. The dose-effect relationship between asbestos exposure and biological response has been established. It is still necessary to study the long-term low-level exposure to asbestos workers, the use of existing health standards to prevent the effect of evaluation. In this paper, we investigate the chrysotile deposits in Quebee area and collect the dust for 10 ~ 27 years with an estimated cumulative exposure of 7 ~ 300f / c. A total of 342 X-ray radiographs of workers exposed to dust were read by an experienced radiologist and a total of five pulmonary physicians according to the ILOu / c1980 international X-ray classification of pneumoconiosis.
