目的探讨非脱垂子宫阴式全宫切除术方法的安全性、可行性及临床价值。方法对2004年9月至2006年10月在本院经阴式全宫切除术的176例患者进行分析、总结。结果非脱垂子宫阴式全宫切除术是安全、可行的,患者均取得满意效果,无一例出现并发症,无一例出现邻近组织及器官损伤。结论阴式手术具有手术时间短、创伤小、对腹腔脏器干扰小、康复快、住院时间短、腹壁不留瘢痕、医疗费用低等优点,充分体现了微创的观念,真正做到微创,是安全有效、值得普及和推广的手术方式。
Objective To investigate the safety, feasibility and clinical value of non-prolapsed uterus vaginal hysterectomy. Methods A total of 176 patients undergoing transvaginal hysterectomy in our hospital from September 2004 to October 2006 were analyzed and summarized. Results Non-prolapsed uterus vaginal hysterectomy is safe and feasible, patients have achieved satisfactory results, no case of complications, no case of adjacent tissue and organ damage. Conclusion Vaginal surgery has the advantages of short operation time, less trauma, less interference to abdominal organs, quick recovery, shorter hospital stay, no scar in abdominal wall and low medical cost, which fully reflects the concept of minimally invasive surgery and truly achieves minimally invasive , Is safe and effective, it is worth popularizing and promoting the operation method.
