重点研究了双锥油水分离旋流器的进口几何尺寸和锥度对旋流器流量和压力特性的影响。通过全因素试验揭示了进口几何尺寸和锥度的不同组合下,流量和压力的变化规律。按照能量消耗最小原则,优化了双锥油水分离旋流器的进口几何参数和锥度。
The influence of inlet geometry and taper on the flow and pressure characteristics of the cyclone is mainly studied. Through all-factor test, the variation of flow and pressure under different combinations of inlet geometry and taper was revealed. According to the principle of the least energy consumption, the geometry parameters and taper of double cone oil-water separator are optimized.
