实践教学在整个教学过程中具有理论教授无法替代的作用,构建合理的实践教学体系可以为我们更好地培养符合行业要求的复合型人才,更好地实现高铁客运乘务专业教育的培养目标。结合相近专业的研究成果,根据铁路员工(列车员、售票员和客运员)核心岗位能力,分解出高铁客运乘务专业核心技能点,构建实训教学体系。通过将实践类课程设置成实训基础知识(课堂练习)、专业技能(校内实训)、综合实习(顶岗实习)三大模块,分时段、分项目、分地点进行测评,解决高职学生的岗位能力不足问题。
Practical teaching has an irreplaceable role of professor of theory in the whole teaching process. Constructing a reasonable practical teaching system can better train compound talents in line with the requirements of the industry and better achieve the training objectives of professional high-speed railway passenger service. Combining with the similar professional research results, according to the competence of the core positions of railway employees (conductor, conductor and passenger), the core skill points of the HSR specialty are decomposed and a practical teaching system is constructed.
