采用SDS一聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳和化学法分别对32例正常人和11例精子缺乏症患者的精浆进行了蛋白质图谱及扫描分析和总蛋白及白蛋白测定。发现受试者精桨均有分子量为约98,90,67,40fo28KD的主要蛋白质区带,同一个体的精浆蛋白质的图谱和扫描图形基本一致,但1、体之间有差异。正常人精浆总蛋白含量为35;5±10.2g/L白蛋白为4.9±2.0g/L;精子缺乏症患者总蛋白为29.9±10;2g/L,白蛋白为4.4±2.8g/L。两组间的蛋白质均无明显差异。
SDS-polyacrylamide vertical plate electrophoresis and chemical methods were used in 32 cases of normal and 11 cases of sperm deficiency in patients with seminal plasma protein profile and scanning analysis and determination of total protein and albumin. It was found that the subject’s sperm had major protein bands with molecular weights of about 98, 90, 67, 40fo28KD. The same individual’s seminal plasma protein profile and scan pattern were basically the same, but there was a difference between the two groups. Normal human seminal plasma total protein content 35; 5 ± 10.2g / L albumin 4.9 ± 2.0g / L; sperm deficiency patients with total protein of 29.9 ± 10; 2g / L, albumin 4.4 ± 2.8g / L. No significant difference between the two groups of proteins.
