Methods Using self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), rheumatoid center depressive scale (CES-D), Toronto Symptomatic Barrier Scale (TAS-20) and trait coping scale 30 patients with dermatological outpatient psoriasis and 30 families were tested. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety scale, depression scale, estrus disorder, coping style scale and family member scores among psoriasis patients. However, there was a significant correlation between scores of anxiety and depression in both patients and their relatives. There was a positive correlation between anxiety and depression scores of patients and their family members’ positive coping scores. Among family members, anxiety and depression were positively correlated with anxiety and depression It shows a high negative correlation with negative coping. Conclusion There are some negative emotions to varying degrees in patients with psoriasis and their relatives, and the resulting poor family psychological atmosphere has become a secondary cause of psoriasis, suggesting that creating a good family psychological environment is conducive to psoriasis Patient’s outcome.
