采用ABAQUS软件对Cu-38Zn合金交叉模压形变过程进行了有限元模拟,观察并研究了Cu-38Zn合金的微观组织和硬度,探讨了模压形变的等效应变与材料组织和性能的关系。结果表明,交叉模压形变后的等效应变分布是不均匀的,造成微观组织和硬度的分布也不均匀。随着模压形变周期增大,Cu-38Zn合金的等效应变增大;晶粒尺寸减小;显微硬度增大。等效应变还影响模压形变的变形机理。
The ABAQUS software was used to simulate the cross-section deformation of Cu-38Zn alloy. The microstructure and hardness of Cu-38Zn alloy were observed and studied. The relationship between equivalent strain and the microstructure and properties of Cu-38Zn alloy was discussed. The results show that the equivalent strain distribution after cross-molding deformation is non-uniform, resulting in uneven microstructure and hardness distribution. With the increase of the compression deformation period, the equivalent strain of Cu-38Zn alloy increases; the grain size decreases; and the microhardness increases. Equivalent strain also affects the deformation mechanism of the mold deformation.
