高职院校学生党员是青年学生中的先进分子,在学生管理和校园文化建设中起着先进思想“引领者”和良好行为“践行者”的表率作用,培养学生党员模范意识对于高职院校健康发展和学生党员全面成长具有重要的意义。本文从高职院校学生党员模范意识的重要意义、现状及机制创新等方面谈谈笔者对增强高职院校学生党员模范意识的思考。
The student party members in higher vocational colleges are the advanced elements among the young students. They play an exemplary role in the management of students and in the construction of campus culture with the advanced thinking, “leader” and good behavior “practitioner” Awareness is of great significance to the healthy development of higher vocational colleges and the all-round growth of student party members. This article discusses the author’s thinking on how to enhance the model awareness of student party members in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the significance, status quo and mechanism innovation of the model party members in higher vocational colleges.
