本文拟探讨慢性缺氧大鼠肺动脉和胸主动脉对血管舒缩物质的反应及其与体肺循环压力变化的关系。实验包括舒张反应和收缩反应两部分,并分别在两批雄性Wistar大鼠(195~332g)中测定。每批大鼠均随机分成平原组与缺氧组(置模拟海拔5000米低压舱内15天)。大鼠断头处死后,取其右肺动脉和胸主动脉一小段(长约3mm)按常规法测定它们对Ach(10~(-10)、10~(-9)、10~(-8)、10~(-7)、10~(-6)、10~(-5)m)的舒张反应或对5HT(10~(-6)、10~(-7)、5×10~(-7)、5×10~(-6)、5×10~(-5)M)的收缩爱应。舒张反应以舒张百分数表示,收缩反应以收缩毫克数表示。结果表明:(1)缺氧大鼠肺动脉(n=9)对所有浓度Ach的舒张反应均显著低于平原大鼠(n=9)(p<0.05~<0.001),对10~(-10)~10~(-6)MAch的舒张反
This study was designed to investigate the effects of pulmonary and thoracic aortas on vasomotor substances in chronic hypoxia rats and their relationship with changes in pulmonary vascular pressure. The experiment consisted of two parts, diastolic and contractile responses, and were measured in two batches of male Wistar rats (195-332 g) respectively. Each batch of rats were randomly divided into plain group and hypoxia group (set simulate altitude of 5000 meters in low pressure cabin for 15 days). After the rats were decapitated, the right pulmonary artery and thoracic aorta (about 3 mm in length) were determined for their Ach (10 ~ (-10), 10 ~ (-9), 10 ~ (-8) , 10 ~ (-7), 10 ~ (-6), 10 ~ (-5) m) or the effects of 5HT (10 -6, 10 -7, 7), 5 × 10 ~ (-6), 5 × 10 ~ (-5) M). The diastolic response is expressed as the percentage of diastole and the contractile response is expressed as the number of milligrams contracted.
