本文应用激光CT(computedtomography)技术对柴油机喷雾进行了研究。研制、开发了一套柴油机喷雾的激光CT测试系统,其中采用红宝石激光器作光源、CCD(chargecoupleddevice)摄像机作探测器,将柴油机喷雾图像实时采集到计算机图像处理系统上。根据采集的喷雾投影数据,用代数重建技术(algebraicreconstructiontechnique,简称ART)对喷雾图像进行重建,实现了柴油机喷雾内部构造的可视化和相对浓度的三维测量。
In this paper, the technique of laser computed tomography (CT) was used to study the diesel engine spray. A set of laser CT testing system for diesel engine spray was developed. A ruby laser was used as a light source and a CCD camera as a detector to collect real-time diesel engine spray images on a computer image processing system. Based on the acquired projection data of the spray, the spray image was reconstructed by using algebraic reconstruction technique (ART) to realize the visualization of the internal structure of diesel engine and the three-dimensional measurement of relative concentration.
