由于机动进攻能连续不断地创造良好的投篮机会,故使对手难以取胜。多数大、中学校教练员目前进攻训练的主要目的是选择良好的投篮机会。教练员们懂得要想取胜就一定要选择好有效的投篮点。有效的投篮点意味着把球传到内线进行攻击,这里所谈的进攻涉及到这条原则:把球传到内线,同时还要创造5米内的投篮机会。机动进攻具有各种各样的威胁:1)可以在运动中连续地发动进攻。2)连续进攻可使每个队员都具有得分的威胁。3)由于在运动中进攻,可使弱侧的防守队员无法进行协
