实施工学结合人才培养模式是体现高职教育特色的重要途径,教师素质的高低是素质教育成败的关键。2011年10月至12月笔者对南昌五所高职院校的50名英语教师(包括院系领导)以及对200名学生进行了为期两个月的调查。调查旨在了解工学结合模式下的高职英语教师应具备的素质结构,根据调查结果提出了提高高职英语教师自身素质的策略。
Carrying out the mode of combining engineering with learning is an important way to reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education. The quality of teachers is the key to the success or failure of quality education. From October to December 2011, the author conducted a two-month investigation of 50 English teachers (including faculty leaders) in five vocational colleges in Nanchang and 200 students. The survey aims to understand the quality structure of higher vocational English teachers under the combination of work and study. According to the results of the survey, the strategies to improve the quality of vocational English teachers are put forward.
