China Nuclear Safety Standardization Technical Committee is established on March 24, undertaking the responsibility of developing and revising national standards on the safety of nuclear power plant, research reactor, nuclear materials and radioactive waste.rnAccording to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) that sets up the new TC, nuclear safety standardization is important for the generation of nuclear energy, which will help China fulfil carbon emission peak goal and realize carbon neutrality.
