雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)是近年来治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)行之有效的抗风湿中草药,口服剂型较多,但均有一定程度的副作用,如报告用雷公藤醋酸乙酯提取物治疗155例RA,有效率92.26％,药物副反应占36.1％。为了保证疗效,减少副作用,我们采用湖北省中西医结合研究所药化室研制的雷公藤滴丸治疗RA,并与雷公藤醋酸乙酯提取物片作了对照观察。 观察方法 一、病例选择:本组病例均按美国风湿
