几年前,市面上就出现了具有“防雷击”功能的话机,并将该功能做为一个卖点,把“防雷击”字样标注在产品外包装、说明书或话机显著位置上。笔者认为上述做法有误导消费嫌疑,会危及使用者人身安全,生产厂商有可能因此陷入诉讼并遭到的高额索赔。
A few years ago, a “lightning-proof” phone appeared on the market, using this feature as a selling point. Put the word “lightning-proof” in a prominent place on the product packaging, manual or phone. I believe that the above practices are misleading consumer suspects, will endanger the user’s personal safety, manufacturers may therefore have fallen into lawsuits and suffered high claims.
