目的分析牙隐裂病例的病因、治疗方法及预后。方法对牙隐裂伴尖周炎病例先行完善的根管治疗,再用结扎丝环扎牙颈部,调牙合,观察2周左右无反应后,行备牙、取模,最后全冠修复。结果 130颗牙隐裂尖周炎患牙,治疗成功118颗;8颗因根尖感染加重及4颗因根吸收而发上根折而拔除,成功率为90.77%。结论对牙隐裂伴尖周炎病例,经完善的根管治疗后行全冠修复是可靠有效的。
Objective To analyze the etiology, treatment and prognosis of cases of occlusion. Methods Tooth decouple with sharp periapical cases before the first perfect root canal treatment, and then use the ligature of the cervical spine ligature, Tiaopia, observed after about 2 weeks no response, the preparation of teeth, take the mold, the final crown restoration . Results 130 teeth with periapical periodontitis were treated successfully, and 118 were successfully treated. Eight of them had root apical infection and four root excretion, which resulted in the root fracture being removed. The success rate was 90.77%. Conclusion For cases of occlusion of spondylolysis and periarthritis, complete crown restoration after root canal therapy is reliable and effective.
