人才培养模式就是指学校为实现人才培养目标而采取的培养过程的构造样式和运行方式,这种构造样式和运行方式合乎一定的准则,并具有可推广性;它解决教育中“培养什么样的人才”和“怎样培养人才”这两个根本性的问题。要想提高高职教育的质量,培养适应社会需要的高端技能型实用技术人才,关键在于构建切实可行的人才培养模式。在此,我将以园林技术专业为例,与各位来探讨我省高职教育的人才培养模式。
