目的:探索宫血宁口服给药对小鼠骨髓造血细胞细胞因子表达的影响。方法:基因芯片法分析小鼠骨髓中细胞因子及其受体的表达。结果:通过比较给药组与对照组小鼠骨髓cDNA与80条基因片段的杂交信号强弱,发现有17条基因在给药组的小鼠骨髓细胞中表达升高,这17条表达差异的基因涉及到造血、炎症、免疫与应激四个方面。结论:重楼皂甙在体内不仅具有激活成熟造血细胞的作用(如诱导血小板聚集),还能增加骨髓细胞造血因子的表达,促进外周血白细胞和血小板的生成;参与局部炎症组织的修复;增强小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of oral administration of Gongxuening on the expression of cytokines in bone marrow hematopoietic cells in mice. Methods: The gene chip method was used to analyze the expression of cytokines and their receptors in mouse bone marrow. RESULTS: By comparing the signal intensity of the hybridization between the bone marrow cDNA of the mice in the administration group and the control group and the 80 gene fragments, it was found that 17 genes were highly expressed in the bone marrow cells of the administration group, and the expression of these 17 genes was different. Genes are involved in four aspects of hematopoiesis, inflammation, immunity and stress. Conclusion: The saponin of Rhizoma rehmanniae in vivo not only activates mature hematopoietic cells (such as inducing platelet aggregation), but also increases the expression of hematopoietic factors in bone marrow cells, promotes the production of peripheral blood leukocytes and platelets, and participates in the repair of local inflammatory tissues; Murine humoral and cellular immunity.
