前言目前已投入运行的35吨/时抛煤炉普通存在着飞灰可燃物含量高、飞灰量大和烟囱冒黑烟等问题,因此能源损失大,还严重地污染环境。产生这些问题的原因是该型炉的二次风设计不合理所致。链条炉二次风的作用是扰动、搅拌气流,延长火焰行程,分离飞灰并补充少量空气。对抛煤炉而言,二次风尤为重要。抛煤炉以层燃为主,伴以部分悬浮燃烧,而悬浮燃烧部分的多少取决于煤中颗粒度的组成,小于1毫米的细颗粒越多,呈悬浮状的亦越多,
Preface At present, 35 tons / hour of coal-fired boilers which have been put into operation generally have such problems as high content of combustible materials in fly ash, large amount of fly ash and black smoke in chimneys.
