本文对肾移植前眼用人参11例病人,肾移植后服用人参9例病人及同时期肾移植而未服人参的10例病人进行了对照观察。结果表明,肾移植后眼用人参组与未服用人参组排异反应无显著差异。肾移植之前的近期内服用人参的病人,移植之后排异反应发生较早,程度比较激烈,发生不可逆反应的机率远较未服人参者多,移植肾的存活率也较未服人参者低。因此认
