冷却强度对Cu-15Ni-15Mn合金铸态组织性能的影响

研究了石墨型、金属型、金属型+水冷却对Cu-15Ni-15Mn合金铸态组织的影响,探讨了枝晶的形态、枝晶尺寸与合金硬度的关系。结果表明,冷却强度对Cu-15Ni-15Mn合金的晶枝尺寸及性能有明显的影响。随冷却强度的增加,一次枝晶、二次枝晶的尺寸及枝晶臂距离减小。金属型及金属型+水冷却的铸造合金一次枝晶尺寸分别为20.82和8.09μm,比石墨型分别减小了43.7%和78.1%。冷却强度的增加,有利于合金硬度的增加。金属型和金属型+水冷却合金的硬度(HV)分别为96和103,比石墨型铸锭的硬度分别提高了10%和19.8%。 The effects of graphite type, metal type and metal type + water cooling on the as-cast microstructure of Cu-15Ni-15Mn alloy were studied. The relationship between the morphology and dendrite size and the hardness of the alloy was discussed. The results show that the cooling strength of Cu-15Ni-15Mn alloy crystal branch size and performance have a significant impact. With the increase of cooling strength, the size of primary dendrite and secondary dendrite and the distance of dendrite arm decrease. The primary dendritic sizes of the metal type and the metal type + water-cooled cast alloy were 20.82 and 8.09μm, respectively, which were reduced by 43.7% and 78.1% respectively compared with the graphite type. The increase of cooling strength is conducive to the increase of alloy hardness. The hardness (HV) of the metal type and the metal type + water-cooled alloy were 96 and 103, respectively, which were increased by 10% and 19.8% respectively compared with that of the graphite type ingot.
