物资采购是医院医疗核心工作的重要后勤保障系统,其主要职能即保供与创效,然而在实际采购工作中,如果缺乏有力的监管,往往会滋生各种问题。现就我院日常的物资采购供应过程中遇见的问题进行剖析,再就我院加强物资采购管理与监督的做法予以总结,以便与同仁们进行交流,进而更好地促进工作的改进和完善。
