采用不同的锻压温度对304不锈钢法兰管锻压成型,并进行25℃室温和500℃高温磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:始锻温度从1 100℃增至1 190℃、终锻温度从760℃增至880℃,法兰管室温磨损性能先提高后基本不变然后再下降,高温磨损性能先提高后下降;法兰管的始锻温度和终锻温度分别优选为1 145、860℃。
304 stainless steel flanges were forged by different forging temperatures, and tested and analyzed the wear properties at 25 ℃ and 500 ℃.
