研究了机械振动对岩心水驱油相渗曲线的影响,通过岩心振动相渗实验,得出了三套可对比的相渗曲线.实验表明,振动与不振动时的相渗曲线相比,油、水相渗曲线均要上抬,油的相渗曲线要右移,水的相渗曲线要左移.油、水相渗透率可提高20%~30%,残余油饱和度最多可降低6%,无水采收率最大可提高9%,最终采收率最大可提高10%.说明适当特性的机械振动,可有效地提高水驱油的效果,降低油水表面张力,减弱储岩层的毛管压力,加快了油水重力分离速度,降低产油的含水率和原油粘度.
The influence of mechanical vibration on the core-oil displacement-permeability curve was studied. Three sets of contrast-able phase-permeability curves were obtained through core-infiltration phase-permeability test. The experimental results show that the curves of oil and water permeation have to be lifted compared with those of non-vibrations. The curves of oil-phase permeation should be shifted to the right, and the curves of water-phase permeation should be shifted to the left. Oil and water permeability can be increased by 20% to 30%, residual oil saturation can be reduced by up to 6%, water recovery up to 9%, and ultimate recovery up to 10%. The mechanical vibrations with appropriate characteristics can effectively improve the effect of water flooding, reduce the surface tension of oil and water, weaken the capillary pressure of reservoir rock, speed up the gravity separation of oil and water, reduce the moisture content of crude oil and the viscosity of crude oil.
