目的采用HPLC法对广东土牛膝进行指纹图谱研究,为广东土牛膝药材质量控制提供依据。方法实验采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长230 nm。结果建立广东土牛膝药材HPLC指纹图谱,确定13个共有峰,确定其相对保留时间和相对峰面积。结论在选定的条件下所建立的指纹图谱为广东土牛膝药材质量控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the fingerprint of Achyranthes bidentata by HPLC and to provide a basis for the quality control of Achyranthes bidentata in Guangdong. Methods The experiment was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. The volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results HPLC fingerprints of Achyranthes bidentata were established and 13 common peaks were identified to determine their relative retention time and relative peak area. Conclusion The fingerprints established under selected conditions provide the basis for the quality control of Achyranthes bidentata in Guangdong.
