从马连道发展历史看,马连道市场是由过去北京市一商局、二商局等单位仓储设施经过简单改进,逐步发展起来。这几年,宣武区政府为了扶持马连道茶叶一条街发展,对这条街进行了改造,使得马连道变宽、变亮了,商机开始显现出来。马连道两旁的产权单位纷纷制定开发计划,茶城动荡就不可避免,如何处理好茶商、业主和开发商的关系,成为新的课题,值得有关部门研究。本文作者从一个角度反映了马连道茶城的现状。
According to the history of Maliandao, the Maliandou market has been gradually improved by the simple improvement of warehousing facilities in the past, such as the one in Beijing and the second in commerce. In recent years, Xuanwu District Government in order to support the Maliandao tea Street development, the transformation of the street, making Maliandao widened, brightened, business opportunities began to emerge. Ownership units on both sides of Maliandao have formulated development plans in succession. The turmoil in the tea plantation is inevitable. How to handle the relationship between tea merchants, landlords and developers has become a new topic and deserves to be studied by relevant departments. The author of this article reflects the current situation of Maliaodu Tea City from a single point of view.
