介绍了HXD3型电力机车电机轴断裂故障的基本情况,通过对电机轴的检修过程梳理,进行强度计算校核,确定电机轴应力集中点和疲劳断裂位置,并结合实物检验分析故障发生机理,最终确定该故障主要是因为前期齿轮压装采用较大压入量,导致电机轴与齿轮边沿相接部位应力集中,在交变扭转工作应力作用下容易产生疲劳裂纹,同时在检修过程中由于采用不同探伤方式,可能存在微细裂纹漏探。
This paper introduces the basic situation of the motor shaft breaking fault of HXD3 electric locomotive. Through checking the repair process of the motor shaft, the calculation of the strength is checked, the stress concentration point of the motor shaft and the position of fatigue fracture are determined, and the failure mechanism is analyzed by physical inspection. Determine the failure is mainly due to the previous gear press-fit with a large amount of pressure, resulting in the motor shaft and gear edge of the junction of the stress concentration, fatigue cracking occurs under the action of alternating torsional stress, at the same time in the maintenance process due to the use of different Flaw detection methods, there may be micro-cracks leak detection.
