中国美术家协会第二届水彩画艺术委员会成立大会于1999年5月21日在桂林隆重举行。成立大会由中国美协党组成员、中国美协副秘书长、艺术委员会秘书长、《美术家通讯》主编王春立同志主持。他宣布“中国美术家协会第二届水彩画艺术委员会成立大会”开幕,宣读《中国美术家协会艺术委员会章程》。
Chinese Artists Association, the establishment of the Second Watercolor Art Committee was held in Guilin on May 21, 1999. The inaugural meeting was chaired by Mr. Wang Chunli, a member of the Chinese American Artists Association, the deputy secretary general of the Chinese Artists Association, the secretary general of the arts committee, and the editor of “Artists’ Correspondence.” He announced the opening ceremony of the founding ceremony of the Second Watercolor Art Committee of the Chinese Artists Association and read the charter of the Art Committee of the Chinese Artists Association.
