目的探讨显示听面神经与邻居血管关系的最佳MR扫描方法。方法对20志愿者及20例面肌痉挛患者,使用Semens Verio3.0T超导型磁共振仪,分别用高分辨三维快速自旋回波(3D-TSE-T2WI)和三维时间飞跃-扰相梯度回波(3D-TOF-MRA)两种序列以相同的位置、层厚、间隔、层数对脑池段听面神经进行扫描,应用综合赋分法分析两者对听面神经与邻近血管关系的显示价值。结果统计学分析表明,3D-TSE-T2WI与3D-TOF-MRA序列,在显示神经与邻近血管畔关系方面前者明显优于后者;在显示邻近血管来源方面,后者优于前者,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 3D-TSE-T2WI能清晰显示听面神经与邻近血管的精确比邻关系,而3D-TOF-MRA序列能清晰显示邻近血管的来源,两者结合是显示听面神经与邻居血管关系的最佳MR检查方案。
Objective To explore the best MR scanning method to show the relationship between the facial nerve and the neighboring blood vessels. Methods Twenty volunteers and 20 patients with hemifacial spasm were treated with Semens Verio 3.0 T superconducting magnetic resonance (MRS) instrument. High-resolution three-dimensional fast spin echo (3D-TSE-T2WI) and three-dimensional time- (3D-TOF-MRA) were used to scan the pars plana in the same position, slice thickness, interval and number of layers. The comprehensive evaluation of both the facial nerve and adjacent vessels was performed by using the integrated score method . Results Statistical analysis showed that the former was superior to the latter in displaying the relationship between nerves and adjacent blood vessels. 3D-TSE-T2WI and 3D-TOF-MRA sequences were superior to the former in displaying the adjacent blood vessels, Significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion 3D-TSE-T2WI can clearly show the exact adjacent relationship between the parsis nerves and adjacent blood vessels, while the 3D-TOF-MRA sequence can clearly show the origin of adjacent vessels. The combination of them is the best MR examination to show the relationship between the parsis nerves and the neighboring vessels Program.
