本文首先分析了目前我国高职院校的生源特征,针对这些特征,提出了“创新校企合作机制,探索人才共育”的人才培养模式。这种人才培养模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,促进全体学生共同进步,对满足社会需求、全面培养合格的实用型技能人才以及现代高职教育的发展意义重大。 At first, this paper analyzes the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges in our country. According to these characteristics, this paper puts forward a model of training talents by “innovating the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises and exploring the cooperation of talents”. This mode of personnel training can stimulate students’ interest in learning and promote the common progress of all students. It is of great significance to meet the needs of society, comprehensively cultivate qualified practical skilled personnel and the development of modern higher vocational education.
