为进行硫化矿和贵金属的浮选,研制了四类新的捕收剂,以满足捕收剂在三个主要方面的需要:1.在pH<10优先浮选硫化矿,以便大幅度节省石灰的费用;2.在酸性和中性介质中从低品位矿石和尾矿回收贵金属;3.从酸性环境回收硫化矿。所研制的四类捕收剂是:1.烷氧(或苯氧)基羰基烷基硫逐氨基甲酸酯;2.烷氧(或苯氧)基羰基烷基硫脲;3.二烷基(或芳基)单硫代磷酸盐;4.二烷基单硫代膦酸盐。本文基于对硫化矿和贵金属矿石的浮选结果,讨论了这些捕收剂优于传统使用的含硫捕收剂的化学性质、应用情况及优点。
For the flotation of sulphide ores and precious metals, four new collectors have been developed to meet the needs of collectors in three main areas: 1. Flotation of sulphide fines at a pH <10 preferentially for significant lime savings 2. Cost recovery of precious metals from low grade ores and tailings in acidic and neutral media 3. Recovery of sulphide ore from an acidic environment. The four types of collectors developed are: 1. Alkoxy (or phenoxy) carbonylalkylthiocarbamates; 2. Alkoxy (or phenoxy) carbonylalkylthioureas; 3. Dioxanes (Or aryl) monothiophosphate; 4. dialkyl monothiophosphonate. Based on the flotation results of sulfide ores and precious metal ores, the chemical properties, applications and advantages of these collectors over traditional sulfur-containing collectors are discussed.
