本文在分析西南地区內河航运基本条件的基础上,从西部大开发战略的高度,阐述了加快西南地区水运建设的战略构想,提出以建设水运主通道为重点,择优开发西部地区的水运资源,重点建设西部地区通江达海通道长江航道,协调发展的现代化內河航运服务体系,发展综合物流,加快效益显著的河流(段)及库区航运的开发建设,完善西南地区內河航道网等主要建议。
Based on the analysis of the basic conditions of inland navigation in Southwest China, this paper elaborates the strategic concept of speeding up the construction of water transport in Southwest China from the perspective of the strategy for the development of the western region. It puts forward that the development of water transport resources in the western region should be based on the construction of the main channel of water transport. We will build a modern inland waterway navigation service system that coordinates the development of the Yangtze River channel of the Tongjiang-Dahai Passage in the western region, develop comprehensive logistics, quicken the development and construction of significant river (section) and shipping in the reservoir area, and improve the inland waterway network in southwest China.
