在薄壁脆性材料工件的键槽拉削中,经常发生键槽拉出端有崩裂现象,造成工件报废,工件及崩裂位置如图1所示。观察拉削过程,发现崩裂总是在键槽深度尺寸接近要求时发生。其原因主要是工件壁太薄和强度低所造成。因为在拉削力作用下,键槽底面具有开裂趋势,但在拉削的初始阶段槽深较浅,工件强度尚能满足。随着槽深增加,工件键槽底部越来越薄,强度越来越弱,最后导致键槽底面破裂。为此,可在拉削时,增制弹簧卡圈,如图2所示。弹簧卡圈
In the thin-walled brittle material keyway broaching, often occurs splicing occurs at the keyway pulled out, resulting in the workpiece scrapped, the workpiece and the crack location shown in Figure 1.
