目的:研究钙离子依赖细胞-细胞间粘附分子E-Cadherins(Eg和Uvomorulin)在不同生长方式胃癌中的表达,探讨胃癌的闵锡钧分类。方法;应用单克隆抗体,免疫组织化学技术对46例新鲜胃癌标本中E-Cadherins进行检测。结果:E-Cadherins在胃正常小凹上皮细胞,慢性胃炎小凹上皮细胞和肠化腺体中呈均质性表达,然而在胃癌细胞中却出现异质性减少至消失的表达,这种表现尤其存在于闵锡钧分类的浸润型生长方式胃癌(24/24,100%)和分化不良的胃癌(2/31,84%),且呈分散单个浸润的胃癌细胞明显缺乏这种粘附分子。结论:E-Cadherins的存在与否可能决定着胃癌的生长方式和分化程度,它可以解释胃癌闵锡钧分类发病机理的~个方面。
Objective: To study the expression of calcium ion-dependent cell-cell adhesion molecules E-Cadherins (Eg and Uvomorulin) in gastric cancers with different growth patterns and to investigate the classification of 闵Xu 钧 in gastric cancer. Methods: E-Cadherins were detected in 46 fresh gastric cancer specimens using monoclonal antibodies and immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: E-Cadherins were homogenously expressed in normal epithelial cells of the stomach, chronic gastritis epithelial cells and intestinal metaplasia. However, the expression of E-Cadherins was reduced to disappear in gastric cancer cells. In particular, there were infiltrating growth type gastric cancer (24/24, 100%) and poorly differentiated gastric cancer (2/31, 84%) in the classification of 闵Xi-Xin, and there was a distinct lack of such adhesion molecules in discrete infiltrated gastric cancer cells. Conclusion: The presence or absence of E-Cadherins may determine the growth pattern and differentiation of gastric cancer. It can explain the different aspects of the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.
