本文将以往研究所得的尿氟139份、血氟101份、水氟231份、粮食氟147份进行了资料的分析及统计学处理方法的探讨。结果表明,氟值资料为正偏态分布,且观察值的变异程度大,故统计分析时应采用相应的统计指标及分析方法,研究中选择氟值指标时,应注意到氟值变异度大的特点,样本例数要足够大。我们认为目前国内各家报道的同种样品氟值间的差异甚大,其中统计学方法运用不当,可能是其中原因之一,所以对此问题应引起研究者们的足够重视。
In this paper, 139 urine urea, 101 blood fluoride, 231 water fluoride, 147 food fluoride were analyzed in the past and the methods of statistical analysis were discussed. The results show that the fluoride data is positive skewed distribution, and the degree of variability of the observations is large, so statistical analysis should be used when the corresponding statistical indicators and analysis methods, the choice of indicators in the study of fluorine values, we should note that the large degree of variation of fluoride The characteristics of sample size should be large enough. We think there is a great difference between the fluoride content of the same samples reported in our country at present. Among them, the improper application of statistical methods may be one of the reasons, so the researchers should pay enough attention to this problem.
