学制是教育改革与发展的成果体现,也是制度保证,构建现代职业教育体系必须从学制变革着手。针对我国加快发展现代职业教育的紧迫任务,本文分析了当下我国职业教育学制存在的主要问题,确立了现代职业教育学制建设的目标任务,在分析和借鉴国际经验的基础上,提出了“搭建多元互通的职业教育‘立交桥’”、“构建统一而灵活的课程体系”、“建立国家资格框架制度”、“建立可选择有弹性的教学管理制度”、“促进职业教育终身化”等五个方面的现代职业教育学制整体架构。
