目的探讨高渗盐水治疗急性脑血管病的疗效。方法将我院2010年1月-2012年6月收治的80例急性脑血管病病患作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各自40例病患。其中,研究组给予高渗盐水(3%)治疗,而对照组则采用甘露醇(20%)治疗,将两组病患的治疗效果如神经功能缺失情况与病患肾功能及电解质的变化进行总结分析及对比。结果经过两种治疗方式后可知,两组病患在血清电解质变化及神经功能缺损改善两个方面没显著性差异(P>0.05);但两组在治疗后的肾功能损害上有着明显的差异,其中研究组无损害现象,而对照组则出现了损害,可见差异性显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对于急性脑血管疾病,采用高渗盐水与甘露醇治疗都能取得一定的效果,但是临床疗效表明采用高渗盐水治疗除了可以取得良好的疗效之后,最主要的不会对肾功能产生损害,属于一种安全有效的治疗药物,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hypertonic saline on acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebrovascular disease who were admitted from January 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group with 40 patients each. Conclusions For acute cerebrovascular diseases, both hypertonic saline and mannitol treatment can achieve certain results, but the clinical results show that the use of hypertonic saline treatment can not only achieve good results, the most important will not damage renal function, Belongs to a safe and effective treatment of drugs, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
