推荐一种抛光强光非球面光学零件的方法,当抛光模在刚性的反射镜毛坯表面移动时,该抛光模的形状在计算机控制下作连续变化。通过采用边缘弯曲杆和螺钉调节器的拉紧件,使圆形抛光模中的曲率半径,象散和彗差作所要求的改变。
A method of polishing a glare aspherical optical component is proposed. The shape of the polishing die varies continuously under computer control as the polishing die moves over the rigid mirror blank surface. The required changes in the radius of curvature, astigmatism and coma in the circular polishing tool are made by the use of the tensioning members of the edge bend bar and screw adjuster.
