利用优质常规稻品种金麻粘作为优质性状的基因供体,与两用核不育系安湘S杂交育成了两用核不育系611S,与恢复系HB85杂交育成了恢复系772。分别用611S和772配制的两系和三系杂稻组合的产量和米质性状达到和超过了优质米对照组合汕优63的水平。实践证明可通过育种手段转育优质米的优质性状至两用核不育系和恢复系上,从而选育出优质杂交水稻新组合。
In this study, we used the high-quality conventional indica Jinma stick as a genetic donor of high-quality traits and crossed with the dual-purpose nuclear fertility line Anxiang S to form a dual-purpose nuclear sterile line 611S and a restorer line 772 by crossing with the restorer line HB85. The yield and grain quality traits of two-line and three-line hybrid rice combinations 611S and 772 respectively reached and exceeded the level of high-quality rice control line Shanyou 63. Practice has proved that good quality traits can be transferred by high-quality rice to the dual-purpose nuclear fertility and restorer lines, which bred high-quality hybrid rice new combinations.
