在观测甘薯光合速率和气孔导度日变化的同时,研究了一天中不同时刻甘薯叶片的羧化效率,光合活力,CO_2补偿点及气孔限制值的变化。结果表明,一天中羧化效率,光合活力与净光合速率以大致相同的趋势进行变化;在甘薯光合午休时刻,气孔导度,羧化效率以及光合活力都明显下降,并且伴随着CO_2补偿点的升高,但此时细胞间隙CO_2浓度下降,气孔限制值增加,说明气孔导度下降是甘薯光合午休的主要原因。
The changes of photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic vitality, CO2 compensation point and stomatal limitation of sweet potato leaves at different times of the day were observed while the photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of sweet potato were observed. The results showed that the changes of carboxylation efficiency, photosynthetic activity and net photosynthetic rate in one day were approximately the same. During the midday of photosynthesis, the stomatal conductance, carboxylation efficiency and photosynthetic activity of sweet potato decreased significantly, accompanied by the CO 2 compensation point But the CO 2 concentration in the intercellular space decreased and the stomatal limitation increased at the same time, which indicated that the decrease of stomatal conductance was the main reason of photosynthesis midday depression.
